Hand-reared in the traditional way, these turkeys are allowed to grow naturally and slowly to full maturity. By day they are free to roam in grassy paddocks and by night they sleep on a deep straw bed in open sided barns.
Our Norfolk Bronze Turkeys are hand plucked and aged to enhance the unique gamey flavour and open texture to the meat. The meat has a deep and rich flavour that makes every mouthful flavoursome and succulent. An utterly joyous centrepiece for the big day.
