Description
Our free range ducks roam freely on grass meadows surrounding the Evans’ farm enjoying a natural environment. They are fed on wheat and a specially prepared ration which enables them to mature slowly. Farming our ducks in this way results in a duck that is wonderfully tender with a rich sweet flavour.
